Founded in 2021 New cut coffee is the brain child of Jack hudspith and Katy Evans who have haunted the bristol coffee scene since the early 2010’s.
Situated on Bristol’s Floating Harbourside we are one of bristol’s best coffee shops, not to toot our own horns but it’s true!
WE serve a selection of CAKES, SANdWICHES & handpicked specialty coffee, roasted by our wonderful Partners at Colonna Coffee.
